All it takes is one mis-angled press and you have a broken Staresso - even when you are gripping it tightly on a dry surface (as shown in my pictures)We really want to love this product and include Staresso as part of our coffee ritual routine, but this isn’t going to be the case.

Basic steps: tightly pack the coffee in the top cap, twist it back on the base, add hot water to the top reservoir, press 8-12 times, and enjoy!UPDATE: Over 9 months of frequent use weekly and this little product is still going strong

Yes, it's a few extra steps than a machine, but for the price and getting the same quality espresso, I think it's a great product.

The seller responded and sent me replacement parts from China (took a month), so I would buy another product from them, but this product is still awful

While this product is impressive in design I find it ends up dripping so much water out the top that I don't want to use it outside of my home kitchen (which defeats the purpose of it being portable)

Actually really difficult to pump (like two hands and a lot of leverage)I’d like to make a few shots at a time.... it makes ONE small shot, and it takes a significant amount of effort to do so

I don’t have those yet and it slows down my preparation.-Don’t bother with the pump on the Staresso to froth
