If you like your shot of espresso good and hot use steam water and not the hot from the water cooler its not hot enough for me.

It is a brilliantly designed product that creates a decent shot with good crema, but it broke after only a month of use

Speed (maybe 3-4 total minutes from the boil to warming cups to pumping out a shot and enjoying)It's no Rancilio Silvia or Gaggia Classic (or other entry-level semi-auto machine) but this will make a more than palatable shot

Yes, you won't get a steaming hot shot but you also won't have force your lip and wonder if you're going to burn your it doing that tentative sip test

Just couldn't get a strong shot of coffee and I tried a lot of different grinds and packs.

Lastly, the shot it makes, while neat looking at first, with all its cool crema, is a lie

so I looked up a quick video on Youtube and within minutes I was enjoying a nice shot of espresso

If you use the recommended amount of coffee and follow directions you will get a tasty, rich shot of coffee (assuming you are using a decent coffee).

I got my staresso portable espresso machine few days ago , I’m very happy with the machine, it’s make a great crema espresso shot , it’s also very easy to cleaning every part of the machine.
