Really can't find any negative thing about this product.

But the best and most wonderful thing is the espresso shot that it gives

In short if you're super careful with the tons of parts this comes with, don't lose a thing and have ample perseverance and persistence, this can yield a great shot.

Clean up wasn't difficult at all.the worst thing I did was set the press side on the center and left a little puddle of coffee there

It's hard to empty the tiny grounds basket into a trash can afterwards as hitting it against the side simply doesn't work, and the thing is too hot to handle with your hands without waiting for it to cool down

This thing makes pretty decent espresso for its size and cleans up very easy

This thing is so inconsistent with the consistency of espresso and amount of coffee grounds that wind up in it

It keeps things very hot and the insides are made from stainless steel.

But overall, this thing is great.

The plastic that held together the chamber where the coffee sits and the receiving glass split and the whole thing seemingly exploded and spewed hot water and espresso everywhere

I took it with me and it was the best thing I ever did.

Capsules work fine though and if you just make a coarser grind the thing works really well.

To get the temperature more consistent, I poured boiling water into the device (with the filter removed) and let it sit for 5 minutes to warm the whole thing up

I'm a bit worried about the rubber seals, but they seem pretty solid and I'm guessing that you could find replacement parts at any hardware store (if you needed to, which I don't think you will, as long as you clean this thing, which is the same advice for a $3000 espresso maker).

, I’m not a HUGE coffee drinker, so the idea of spending $200 on a machine that pretty much does one thing was crazy

The only thing I'm concerned about (and it could be a misplaced concern) is the long term durability of the device

Wow - this thing makes amazing coffee, at the same level of perfection (and probably a little bit better) then our at home machine.

By the time I managed to get the water consistently up to 195F+, the whole thing was so warm it was uncomfortable to hold

I love busting it out in the office and having my coworkers inquire about how it works and watch it go!A couple things to know:1
