If you get the Switch version, the characters include Star Fox, who is already established as a great character and shines here

The bright colors and fun characters make the game pleasant to be in for hours at a time, even if the gameplay doesn't vary as much as it should.

All in all, I enjoyed my time with the game and would love to see more games similar to Starlink without the toys which felt more like a hassle than something enhancing my experience.

I enjoyed Skylanders and have more Amiibo than I would like to admit, but the figures do not add much to games.

The toys are very well made and nice looking and while they do mount to your PS4 controller and it looks huge at first, it is not heavy and actually looks really cool

The games story is decent enough and kept me playing for the fun of the exploration and the combat

I think Starlink is superior in the sense that there is a straightforward story that makes it all feel more important and drives the game forward.

Design of the toys are nice and detailed and will look good on a shelf, but how these toys interact with the game physically makes me feel like this game would’ve been better off ditching the physical toys and just having the different ships and weapons be something you earn in the game
