    • Even though repairs we're attempted, the box still arrived significantly damaged and in separate pieces
    • Seriously, the box I got this in was *tiny* in comparison, but when I lifted it off the porch, I was worried about hurting myself.
    • Even though the outside box had been mangled the internals were all pristine
    • The context to understand this is that while I've had plenty of boxes arrive in questionable condition, and have even had much heavier boxes delivered by Amazon (hello, treadmill!), this is the first box I have ever, in 10 years of such deliveries, had missing or damaged items that were clearly due to problems in transit
    • My box did show up mangled by UPS as well, but the interior is packed incredibly well and there was no damage inside.
