Even though repairs we're attempted, the box still arrived significantly damaged and in separate pieces

Seriously, the box I got this in was *tiny* in comparison, but when I lifted it off the porch, I was worried about hurting myself.

Even though the outside box had been mangled the internals were all pristine

The context to understand this is that while I've had plenty of boxes arrive in questionable condition, and have even had much heavier boxes delivered by Amazon (hello, treadmill!), this is the first box I have ever, in 10 years of such deliveries, had missing or damaged items that were clearly due to problems in transit

My box did show up mangled by UPS as well, but the interior is packed incredibly well and there was no damage inside.

Received first unit, UPS damaged the box so bad that 95% of all parts were lost

First, it arrived in one of the best packed boxes I've ever encountered - its heavy, so the exterior of the shipping box was dinged up

Got home and tore the box open like a kid on Christmas so excited to assemble it and put my server and router in it

If this were the first time I could understand but this is the second box shipped exactly like this

The box had only minor damage from sliding around the UPS truck during transport

The rack comes in a very small, but heavy, box - almost hard to imagine it contains a 12U rack.

Had the box not been crushed, I seriously doubt I would have noticed

I know 7 year olds that would design sturdier boxes
