Very nice hardware supplied with it

Package arrived missing assembly hardware and the package was open on one end when it arrived

I ordered this rack and it came with a missing crossmember bar and all the hardware was missing (no screws, casters, etc.)I just received the replacement and the packaging is missing all the hardware again

Arrived with missing hardware and wheels.

Thumbs up to StarTech for not using cheap hardware that will shear and strip during assembly.

Second missing assembly hardware

It's hefty, but you want that when you're mounting expensive hardware.

But, I was mistaking because mine arrived with over 350 missing parts and hardware.
