First off, the product is definitely not worth is new item price
Overall though, he thought it was a pretty good product and rounded the stars up to 4.
I'm sure there are better quality products out there but form the research and searching I did these were the best quality for the price, if you don't have hundreds of dollars to spent on some headphones.

They are putting out a quality product at a reasonable price, and I know they have even less expensive headsets than this with less features, which is great when you don't want to spend a lot of money for a headset

The sound is pretty great, while playing games like Siege, and COD you can hear every footstep and grenade pin drop
Unless you're playing seated, and relatively close to the host PC, the mic cables aren't sufficient (even if they were longer, there are already enough cables strewn across the room, I don't want more).Other than that, they're comfortable headphones with good audio quality.

The ability to hear yourself talking from the mic to your ears in the headset is a neat feature that is cooler than what I initially had thought.

Perfect fit with PSVR- light weight and the detachable mic is a great feature
The on/off switch is a nice feature to avoid battery drainage, and the on/off switch for the microphone is also a nice added feature.

While having this bass boost is a good thing you'll need adjust carefully to find that right 'sweet' spot with audio playback as too much boost muddies up the overall audio

I also find that the detachable microphone was very handy because it allowed me to get the microphone completely out of my way when I was done using it
Another more annoying issue is the microphone cuts out once in a while
