Very well made though and seems like it would do the job, if ever needed.

The grab handle on the top makes it easy to pull the child out of the water, and the vest does a great job keeping the child heads up.

The materials and workmanship are good, and the head "pillow" does a great job of keeping a young child upright with their head out of the water

HOWEVER, it seems to do a great job supporting the baby in the water and seems like it would keep my baby safe.
