Great product, cheaper at Walmart.
Stearns is a great company and this is a really good product.
It is a great looking product and looks to be of good quality.
Stearns seems to always make a great product at an affordable cost.
I was not worried at all knowing they had them on; a great product for the money.

This vest was a great fit, not too bulky and very reasonably priced
So as far as the price not satisfied at all.
GREAT price/concept/material as well made, but this is truly too small and I cannot see how a child will grow with it
this price was much cheaper than even walmart or target
They are good quality, bright in color, and were a great price.

This was a perfect life vest for my tall/slim 7 year old son who has autism
Worst life jacket ever.
This is fine for a cheap life vest.
Otherwise, a quality made perfectly decent life jacket.
this is a cheap and effective back up life vest which works well in a boat or on a canoe if your kid is not feeling too active

we have the buckles as loose as they will go.
Although i have not yet thrown Junior overboard to test actual flotation, this is a decently constructed comfortable vest that represents good value for price.
Good quality, good value, however by my estimate not for over 80 pounds for a comfortable fit.
Really disappointing as it is otherwise a nice vest.
I think it's a good value for the price, but if you are looking for comfort, you might need to pay a little more.

SC requires that children while on a boat be wearing a Coast Guard approved, weight appropriate vest, while on board
great extra Youth vest for taking out on the lake and in the boat.
boy who could not begin to buckle the vest at its most extended.
Luckily the company we rented the boat from provided us with good quality vests.
I have purchased the oversize adult vests like this and they have work very well, and I have two small grand-children in the target range, so I purchased two of these youth sizes.

It’s one of the cheap jackets, but it serves its purpose
It also seems to be a very nice life jacket and my daughter is excited to use it on the river.
Seems to be a decent quality jacket, but like others have suggested it does appear to run small
So I lost over 4.00 a life jacket, so I am thinking about sending them back.
We like this life jacket, but I will say that it is a bit smaller than expected

Strangely, the smaller child complained more about a tight fit, perhaps because the material has to be compressed much more to snug it down to his size and might be bunching up.
Quality is great, but, my very lean and tall 7 year old child was being squeezed tightly in this jackets' most extended settings, especially the upper buckle
but I would buy a larger size if your child isn't super skinny.
I doubt it could even be buckled onto a child greater than 75 pounds
Keeps my child safe, and head above the water, without leaning her forward.

Stiff and high fitting on the neck of my 63 lb 8-year old
Learn from my mistake and listen when I say this sucker is a tight fit!
Great fit and my daughter doesnt complain when she wears it.
A terrible fit
I expect this would be a good fit a 4 year old around 40 pounds

It does ride up after hes been in the water a while which gets irritating as the top strap comes to his
Would be helpful to perhaps have a comfortable crotch strap too
The top strap only goes across the chest and the two bottom straps go all the way around the body, which is common.
However the top strap is not long enough and is already adjusted as far as it can go
Was really small and he said the top strap was really choking him.

Works as to be expected.
Runs small and barely fits my super skinny, tall 8 year old...
I have an extremely skinny 7 year old and it was too tight and very uncomfortable for him
I expected to use it for at least 2-3 years, but it looks like we will need a new one next year

65 pounds weight limit says 90 and it fits very small on my son so size is not as accurate I kept it just for this
This was so incredibly small and would not fit around my child, which is on the lowest end of the weight limit of this vest.
Our son used the child life vest until he out grew the weight limit.
Even though my grandkids were well within the weight limit, the vest seemed to be too small and tight
My son is at the very low side of the weight limits for this vest

on longer usage it can be a bit bulky and uncomfortable for the child, but that's a small 'price' to pay for the safety.
but I'm a bit skeptical for it fitting up to 90 lbs
