An unknown critical error stopped the headset from installing properly

The software needed to emulate the virtual audio gave me problems for a while until I clean reinstalled, disabled my antivirus, and ran setup as admin and it was finally able to load without giving me a fatal error.

I haven't found any drastic faults or errors within the last 4 months of owning them, but I will definitely point it out if needed
