I'll tell you what, this is the most well built product in this price range that I've seen

It is unfortunate that an otherwise lovely product is marred by such a terrible microphone

I had to return mine due to a charging defect, but otherwise a nice product.

I find these extremely comfortable with both ears on, a great product for the price.

SteelSeries makes good products but they usually have Achilles' heel, their mice have bad scroll wheels, and their mics usually have less life expectancy compared to the headset

This product is very comfortable to wear and the adjustable head strap fit me straight out of the box

I got this headset from Steelseries as part of a return I made from one of their more expensive products ($250) that failed within 9 months of purchasing

I went through quite the hassle getting this via another seller in hopes that the refurbished product would work like new.
