Good ergonomic design, but there is no way to adjust the mouse lift-off distance in the drivers
The design is great, the construction feels solid, and unlike a lot of mouse and keyboard software, the software to manage this device is easy-to-use and looks nice

its a good idea and i really hope they figure out how to link it to games in the future so it vibrates on direct player actions such as being shot or falling something to that affect
The flick down switches are a great idea, but primarily for the ones that are easiest to reach immediately below my thumb and the one that my thumb rests right on top of
The thumb buttons are a good idea gone bad as they're not organized in a naturally reachable configuration, and the natural resting position for the thumb isn't even a button.

If a game is not a “Game Sense” supported game you can set up your own tactile alert but you must trigger them manually with a button press or keystroke versus the game automatically detecting the event
I also suspect that people will bind their most often used and critical game commands to the button immediately under their thumb as I have, because it saves time to press in on that button without moving to it from the dead zone area

As of this writing, only three games are supported in Game Sense: DOTA, CS:GO, and Minecraft

Yet, generally speaking MOBA style gaming mice tend to fall behind FPS mice in certain categories such as high end sensors, ergonomics, weight distribution etc
The sensor is much better than the logitech g600 and razer naga that it replaced

You get 2 buttons on your index finger next to the left click, one button at your right click finger and a VERY sturdy tilt scroll wheel mouse with a down click as well
But it is way to heavy and other than the left/right click buttons which feel really good the rest require way to much pressure to activate
My favorite buttons are the bottom ones, which are stiff enough for extra thumb support without the fear of accidental clicking
