This apparently isn't uncommon for the Rival 500 and SteelSeries hasn't really made any effort to fix the issue

Seriously just do a quick search and see how many people are complaining about the same damn issue with the Rival 500

I wasn't interested in buying a random unknown brand, so my choices really boiled down to the Razer Naga or the Rival 500

SteelSeries delivers with the Rival 500.

The SteelSeries Rival 500 is this in spades

I am playing on the Rival 500 prior to release, so hopefully this issue is more flushed out upon release
