I do have a steel series arctis 7 headset which is amazing but this controller just has too many compatibility issues at the moment for windows

The final straw, though, was that the analog shoulder buttons would sometimes not work at all, sometimes work as if the maximum was set to 30%

However, after only 3 months, the controller is not as accurate or as fast as it used to be, that is why I'm getting the warrantee this time
