SteelSeries Stratus XL, Bluetooth Wireless Gaming Controller for Windows + Android, Samsung Gear VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus

    • Steelseries will not support steam games which means if you purchase to play most of games on Windows you are out of luck
    • Got this for my guy and from what I see he loves it he plays his games well can't complain
    • My friendly gamer advice
    • Been using it with the ppsspp emulator and have used it to play multiple games (dark souls 2, battlefield, call of duty) on my laptop and it's awesome
    • This is a great game controller that works well with the Samsung Galaxy VR
    • Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few games available
    • Goodworking with the Samsung s6 , more game fun and easy to installatie aan Bluetooth device
    • It should automatically install "HID compliant game controller" this what you need to use or else you will not have any input
    • I suggest using cable gamepads or xbox gamepad with windows adapter to play on pc for a good game experience.
    • It didn't matter what game we tried to play (Skyrim, For Honor, Killing Floor 2, Terraria, Minecraft, ETC) this glitch would happen
    • every game worked on my Galaxy S7 Edge.
    • not all games are compatible on this controller read more info before buying..
    • Don't work the games on the phone
    • The product is quite good for playing FIFA unless you need to increase the deadzone of right trigger if you want to experience a good game.
    • I was hoping that there were more compatible Android game available
    • The games will "just work" because they're already mapped for those controllers
    • Even though it's the recommended controller, many games do not fully support it and you still end up having to use the touchpad on the headset.
    • Overall though, this is a great game pad if you're planning on pairing this with the Gear VR
    • Super easy, and after that initial setup, connecting is just a matter of turning on the controller.-The controller worked great with every experience I tired (Dreadhalls, Gunjack, Dead Secret, Lands End, ect).-Since all of these experiences were developed with the Samsung controller in mind, no game takes advantage of the triggers on the steel XL
    • The connection issue would occur every 20 - 30 minutes or so and caused many angry deaths in my new favorite game Dead Cells.
    • Supported android games that even Moga doesn't seem to support (however, there are also games that Moga supports that Stratus XL doesn't)Cons:- Would prefer a switch button to easily switch to mouse mode/etc than having to memorize and hold buttons.- Moga Power A is nicer with the built-in phone/clip for playing on-the-
    • I bought this to play one of my favorite games of long past
    • My only complain it some games may not work with it, I haven't figured out why, but for majority of XBox controller compatible games, it will be fine.
    • Even with using the software and adjusting the bumpers, it's absolutely annoying and makes game play nearly impossible
    • The first game I played (KINGDOM: New Lands) had no problems with the thumbsticks (triggers aren't used, nor are vertical thumbstick movements, so maybe they were broken, but no way to know). In big picture mode, on the other hand, the 'mouse' cursor would be stuck at the right side of the screen and go completely bananas flying up and down and teleporting everywhere in between.
    • Riptide GP2, Space Marchalls, Dungeon Hunter 5, Dead Trigger 2, Asphalt 8, every game I tried on my Android phone worked well with the SteelSeries controller
    • other games that are non-steam that are full controller support.also the start & select buttons do not work, and the a/b x/y buttons are backwards
    • Android games also work without any issues too
    • sometimes would work fine... sometimes all three of these scenarios in the span of 5 minutes while playing a game.
    • However, there are also games that the Moga supports while the SteelSeries doesn't as well, like one of my favorite games called 'Into the Dead'The way the light is shining in the main stock photo makes it looks like the buttons are silver, but it's not - just plain black
    • I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is fed up with crappy mobile game controls.
    • The final straw, though, was that the analog shoulder buttons would sometimes not work at all, sometimes work as if the maximum was set to 30%
    • However, after only 3 months, the controller is not as accurate or as fast as it used to be, that is why I'm getting the warrantee this time
    • Quality controller that works as it should.
