They've solved the problem of a dark area on the stairway to my garage by lighting the way as soon as the door is opened.

It detecta motion quickly and is bright enough to light up the area but not so bright that it hurts my sensitive eyes

Have it installed in my garage and stairways and it lights up the entire area and works as expected with the light coming on with the motion and is very bright!!

I wasn't real fond of putting the stick tape on my walls, but you need all 4 pads if hanging upside down (ceiling placements, and shower area), but got away with 3 pads on the stair locations.

I wish they would simply have a set level of brightness and turn off when the battery is too low as opposed to getting dimmer and dimmer as the battery wears down.
