Arrived with broken vertical brace bar
-
Easy to put together .My only problem with this screen was installing the middle bar, is a pain
-
The two hardest parts is assembly of the top and bottom connector bars
-
The dreaded tensioning bar
-
There's too much tension on the frame to wedge the bar in between the frame
-
Installation was easy - although getting the middle bar was a bit painful
-
This made getting any leverage to move the bar into place awkward and fraught with potential to damage the screen material if you slipped
-
They used solid metal bars that attached the four corners and upper and lower frame.
-
Also the middle bar was very hard to install it as well.
-
My one very minor issue/complain was the long end tension bar that is fed into an edge slot in the screen material; this bar came in two pieces with one piece slid into the other for double length.
-
Top bar aluminium not in straight line after assembly
-
That one was plagued, from the moment I got it, with irritating vertical "bars" on the screen which were visible in some situations (even with it just hanging on the wall w/ambient
-
Even in the video on their official channel, he says, "...this part is difficult."I'd suggest engineering a better stabilizer bar solution rather than accepting assembly is difficult on something that is marketed as being easy to assemble.
-
It required about 45 minutes to assemble and about an hour to hang as we were hanging the screen on a brick wall.
-
I'm pretty sure I just received a defective couple of rods - but the whole thing still works exactly as it should, so again, no need to seek any kind of replacement.4
-
Very very strong as it's all made out of metal, and is very easy to put together
-
good as it gets for a few hundred bucks stretched
-
Now come with steel rods for the screen frame and the screen material has been improved as per my conversation with customer service
