This is my first screen, it’s fantastic and a great value for the price.

It required about 45 minutes to assemble and about an hour to hang as we were hanging the screen on a brick wall.

HIGHLY Recommended - insane value for the money.

I had deferred purchasing a fixed frame projection screen for years due to the outrageous prices from companies like Da-Lite and Carada

Great price and nice screen, but poor quality control ruin the experience.

Once the screen is hanging on the wall the only thing that matters is the picture, and this Silver Ticket screen beats my Da-Lite and rivals the Stewarts I've seen.

The frame is a bit fidgety to put together and there are lots of little plastic pegs which stretch the screen which you have to make sure you put in the right area and evenly pull the screen

This is just about equivalent to an Elite screen, Do not waste your time or money, spend a bit more to get quality.

Assembly is fairly easy, if you take your time and work carefully.

When it came time to hang it, I was surprised that I could do it by myself.

Also the middle bar was very hard to install it as well.

The two hardest parts is assembly of the top and bottom connector bars

This made getting any leverage to move the bar into place awkward and fraught with potential to damage the screen material if you slipped

Now come with steel rods for the screen frame and the screen material has been improved as per my conversation with customer service

I considered more expensive tab-tensioned pull down screens to increase the utility of the room when not in use, but ultimately went with this as a cheaper and safer bet to avoid wrinkles in the screen.

The movie image was awesome too and actually a bit brighter than my original screen.

Modern projectors are bright enough that you really don't need perfect room conditions to get a fantastic picture out of a white screen and by going white, when the lights are low, the picture is spot on: no visible tint, no visible texture, not hotspots

the screen material itself is a bit stinky, the room smells like fresh vinyl now.

I did go with the darker grey material to get the most from my dark theater room.

It is a great addition for anyone who wants a screen that excels in a room with ambient light or a completely dark room

only problem we really had was hanging it on the wall because we wanted it up against the top of the wall (as you can see in the pic) so we struggled to get the screws in just the right spot

As I say I was hesitant to spend this amount, but would have no problem in highly recommending this product

The problem with this type of mount is that it limits you to the type of fastener you can use in your wall

Was no problem while I used the screen unmounted for a few months until the home theater room was ready, but when I tried to hang it on the wall, no dice.

The other problem I had with the mounts is that they rattle when base is played.

The black felt border is another essential aspect of a quality screen you will be hard pressed to replicate with DIY solutions

Since prices have come down considerably in recent years, you would be hard pressed to design and build anything of comparable quality for less money than simply purchasing one of these Silver Ticket screens.

screen gives me a great picture and for around 200 dollars you would be hard press to find a better screen that is also easy to assemble.

I think you'd be hard pressed to create a wrinkle given the mechanism for attachment
