STR-169150 Silver Ticket 4K Ultra HD Ready Cinema Format (6 Piece Fixed Frame) Projector Screen (16:9, 150", White Material)

    • In a completely dark room the projected image still looks absolutely beautiful.
    • I can definitely say you get a better picture from the white one if you are in a completely dark room.
    • I pared this with my Epson Home Cinema 3500 to make a great movie room in my basement
    • I watch in a totally darkened room, with dark walls and white ceiling about 4" above screenProjector
    • the screen material itself is a bit stinky, the room smells like fresh vinyl now.
    • The kit includes a wall mount + 4 screws.(Requires drilling into the wall). The quality of the image is very nice, I use this screen with theBenq 1075 (1070+) projector 2200 lumen mostly for home theater use ina dark room
    • On the reverse side of that, when the lights are off and the room is completely dark you don't need a very bright projector for the picture to be bright enough or you could even run your lamp at a lower level
    • Modern projectors are bright enough that you really don't need perfect room conditions to get a fantastic picture out of a white screen and by going white, when the lights are low, the picture is spot on: no visible tint, no visible texture, not hotspots
    • I use an Epson 8350 in a dark room.
    • Thankfully the back of the frame had just enough room for my switches to fit into
    • Just a side note: This screen is designed for a Full Dark Room!!! if you have any ambient lighting like a set if sconce lighting or LED's to accent the screen you want to go with the STR-169120-G
    • It is not quite as bright as my previous screens but now that I have a completly dark room to view my movies in its not as big of a deal
    • I just started my theater room project and I have not “darkened” the room yet.
    • Definitely makes my room look more like a home theatre.
    • the screen material itself is a bit stinky, the room smells like fresh vinyl now.
    • I took a few pictures showing full room lights and dark
    • In a "dark theater" room, using LOW LAMP mode, the image, screen colors and brightness is very well balanced with the projector's putting 20ftL on the screen.
    • It is a great addition for anyone who wants a screen that excels in a room with ambient light or a completely dark room
    • The picture is bright enough to watch even with all the lights on in our media room which will be great for football season so we don't need to have a completely dark room with people coming in and out
    • Great screen and works excellent in a decent lit room
    • I was expecting a little more pop in my completely dark room
    • Fantastic screen, great build quality, very sturdy, and excellent screen for well lit rooms
    • I did go with the darker grey material to get the most from my dark theater room.
    • Now that I can blackout the skylights, it's time for the best color screen in dark rooms; white
    • A bit of a trade-off but definitely awesome for a dark room
    • I have a naturally dark room on the shaded side of the house with really dark curtains
    • Can't say how good the white background will be if you have a lot of ambient light (they have several available background options) but for my application in a dark room its awesome!Good luck, and happy screen building!!!
    • First pic is in a well lit room with ceiling lights and floor lamp on
