The packing was very good but, due to having to be shipped and the heat, the plants looked pretty rough when they arrived.

That is the first time I buy plant from amazon, the packing is very good , when I open the carton box the plant still very health after I put some

It also comes with a little card with useful instructions

Immediately opened mine when package arrived, moved each plant to a new little ceramic pot, flooded each as suggested on the enclosed & very helpful instructions then set all 5 pots to soak up more water overnight in tray with at least an inch of water

The instructions were easy to follow and for someone who lacks a green thumb that is super helpful!

They came in a timely fashion and came with great instructions of care

They were all safely packaged, and when I un-boxed them, their leaves were all plump and healthy looking and the soil nice and moist
