The system is well built

but oh so worth is, loving the built in speakers and cooling fan, and can actually hold my ipad on there without worrying about if falling off as almost did several times on the other one

This is a well built machine that is easy to use

I love the elliptical but the panel is not working.

It's not terribly difficult to assemble, the tension adjustment works well, and the preprogrammed workouts are good for variety

That parts break I can understand, but when the parts are the solid metal frame work and snapping clean in the middle then I lose interest real fast.

The elliptical works great, is quite and is as advertised.

If you try going to fast it might get wobbly but for just getting a good workout at a brisk pace it does very well

It rarely goes above 100 (I'm supposed to be above 130 bmp for a good workout)

On top of all this, the building instructions are cumbersome (but not unreasonable), however left and right parts were mislabeled

and it was missing parts and has horrible assembly instructions

The trainer took about an hour to assemble with clear instructions.

The instructions were accurate and clear but I am an engineer and also mechanically inclined

They advised us to unassemble the electrical part of this elliptical & I wasn't amused as we know nothing about this stuff.

In summary, don’t waste your time and money on such poor quality

However, when I tried to use it for the first time, it is making a terrible grinding sound when it switches between levels and when it is on certain levels.

But it only took a few uses to start making loud sounds and now it is impossible to use when there is anyone asleep in the house

Day 2 of using it, it started making an almost unbearable screeching sound

After about 1 month the machine started making a loud squeaking sound

the rollbar and also my package missing the two screws and also the machine has bad sound and problem which is you can not workout with

However, within first three months it started to make some noise and rotation became inconsistent

The most bothering part was the loud squeaking noise the machine started to make after 2 or 3 uses

It makes the loudest noise and tilts forward like you are going to fall off

Also, the machine had a loud banging noise on the back wheel while riding
