it fits great and hardly takes up any space at all, it's also very light by comparison to some other high end machines at my gym, only like 103 lb lifting it wasn't a problem, at least for me, I am 5'8 and 150 lb athletic built...the compact size of this treadmill is perfect for my needs

I am bodybuilding right now so.. just to get the cardio 20-30 minutes 3 times a week at 4 mph is all I need.. and let me tell you I am sweating buckets by the end of it LOL for some reason the speed is slightly different than the ones in the gym, so at 3.5 mph it get can get pretty fast... so that about sums it up... so far i love this machine... the compact size of it and ease of use without complex programming and stuff... which would also mean less problems... these other "high end" machines from what I heard with AI computers and such tend to break.

As opposed to other cheaply made treads in this price range, I find this one to be sturdy, minimal to no belt shift, good for long strides, good for running (not only walking), steady use, easy to assemble with decent assembly instructions that anyone can follow

I use it to get a brisk 30-minute walk done in the morning before work, now that it is very cold outside where I live

For a smaller person this treadmill is great, and there is definitely enough room for a good stride distance when running at top speeds.

Overall, if I were buying in this price range I would go with an Icon make which is made under the brand names Weslo and Gold's Gym but even these machines have some incredibly serious shortcomings

When you measure the friction coefficient between the belt and deck, you find that these aren't nearly as freely moving as some of the other cheap machines on the market, notably those from Icon, the biggest producer of fitness equipment in the world

Also the machine is very noisy and your hands constantly hit the handles as you are walking unless very careful

and I don't put much stock in the heart rate it gives you, but overall for the price it's a great machine!
