For the price, I was expecting something that I couldn't really get a good work out on, but it's proven to be very well built and perfect for walking and light running.

The belt was noisy, the build quality seemed shoddy and unstable (the 220 lb weight limit is really low, even judged against other treadmills at this price range, suggesting a fundamental flimsiness) and while assembly was a snap (literally, 12 screws), the treadmill itself was near impossible to handle

I am a female under that weight limit, but I found that slightly odd, considering most men are heavier than that.

While there is a weight limit on who can effectively use it, it is wonderful for walking and slow running.

I disliked that after 3 months of use it started making a loud noise and dont know how to repair

However, there is a very loud thumping noise and it is not aligned correctly ( manufacture error) so it won't fold for storage

I have walked 4 hours on it and have yet to bang my hands on the hand rails as others have complained about.

Unfortunately, if you grab the hand rails, it's easy to bump the integrated start/stop buttons and it stops the treadmill

The worst thing about this treadmill is that those hand rails are hard and scratchy on the end and angled downward at the ends)--and because of the narrowness of the belt, I am constantly bumping (hard) into them with my hands/wrists as my arms swing forward/upward, which creates scratches, bruises, and mid-workout cursing.
