easy to put together, the side had a crack when shipped somewhat poor quality there- came with a bad nut, love the screen large blue LED screen, nice layout, controls on the arms, very quiet, much narrower than i imagined

I like it because it was not too expensive, not a bulky machine, folds up and down easily, and for someone out of shape looking to start exercising regularly.
Product arrived late with cracks and scratched marks ....very disappointed....machine is very LOUD
The backstory on this is my intensely bad experience with a Nordic Track bought through Sears with a prohibitvely expensive warranty and a machine that never worked correctly and resulted in a long and difficult return
It does not have a lot of bells and whistles, but I never used them on my old, more expensive machine
I like it because it was not too expensive, not a bulky machine, folds up and down easily, and for someone out of shape looking to start exercising regularly.
I use it for fast walking, my husband uses it for slower walking, just to get in his steps, and my son, a soccer player, uses it for conditioning by running.

My wife and I both use this, It does what we want, has some nice walking programs built in, for the price, and for what we wanted, it is very good
My walk will probably not often exceed a speed of 2 mph (but maybe it will in time)

This unit is feels and operates like one of a much more expensive gym quality example
The belt was noisy, the build quality seemed shoddy and unstable (the 220 lb weight limit is really low, even judged against other treadmills at this price range, suggesting a fundamental flimsiness) and while assembly was a snap (literally, 12 screws), the treadmill itself was near impossible to handle

This one is small, has a rather short and narrow track, is rated only up to 220 pounds, and has a top speed of only 9 mph.

I would not consider a treadmill with a coarser speed adjustment interval
