It works; the alarm will go off, there is a sunrise alarm for wake up, and a sunset function for when you are going to bed, etc.

The gradual sunlight effect works well, and has a warm glow which some other sunrise alarms do not have

The warm glow of the light made me feel better and the sunrise alarm really helped me getting up in the morning
