    Super Smash Bros. Brawl

    • When the first Super Smash Bros arrived on the N64, it was amazing to see all of Nintendo's classic lead characters duke it out.
    • Sure, you are forced to play as certain characters at first (Like Mario or Pit from Kid Icarus), but eventually, you'll be loaded with almost all of the available characters in the game that you can choose from
    • For everyone else, it's a fighting game where you choose from several infamous Nintendo characters to fight against others in a match
    • It adds all of the crazy techs Melee throws at you, rebalances the characters so no one except Falco is broken, ups the general pace of the game, and even adds 2 Melee-exclusive characters.
    • Yes I can say that this game had its fun momments and it was fun to play a few times when company and friends were over, but Melee for me was scathingly addictive and every character was fun to play and really learn how they worked and how they felt to control
    • The new characters make it super fun and playing broke characters is actually the most fun when playing with friends.
    • There are a lot of beloved Nintendo characters you can unlock, and it's a lot friendlier to casual gamers than its predecessor
    • He says it is fast-paced and has great characters and that they perform very well
    • The new characters are also good
    • And I like the characters a lot too
    • , it is great to pick your favorite character in a themed enviroment
    • I prefer the the second one.-CharactersYou are likely to find your favorite Nintendo character in the huge roster
    • It is a very clever game that introduces enough weapons and different attacks to keep the game interesting, enough characters and platforms to add nostalgia to the gaming experience, and enough randomness to keep the game interesting, and keep too strong a player from dominating everyone, without causing that player to feel that the game is treating them unfairly
    • The character balance was far too off, even more useless characters and more obviously superior characters, forcing one to play as a certain character if one wants to win
    • There are tons of great characters in this game to choose from
    • I've been a fan of the Super Smash Bros. Games since the first one and here we are with this third installment with Nintendo's greatest gaming icons like Mario, Link, Samus, Donkey Kong, Star Fox, Ness, Kirby and the List goes on the game itself is very fun nothing new except the new Adventure mode and All Star mode O and also every character has a Final Smash with Ike from the Fire Emblem series topping my list for best final smash then Link, Samus 3rd, Mario 4th, Pokemon Trainer 5th etc
    • Love the characters from so many different games.
    • The Game features enough character and stages to get you ready to play for a long time
    • Upon progression you will unlock several new characters and will gain trophies and stickies as well.
    • This has good graphics with your favorite characters latest look, like Links twilight princess look, Pits uprising look, and the Ice Climbers have a whole new look
    • They like unlocking characters, having battles.
    • I love the final smash powers and how you can play as all your favorite characters from your favorite games
    • when the game is one of the greatest fighting and addicting games of all time) great character selection, classic maps, new and awesome maps, you can even make your own
    • Graphically is enough to enjoy the gameplay and seeing your favorite character beating the cr*p out of your friends.
    • , it was great seeing various classic game characters facing off
    • Especially leveling up your favorite character with stickers 🙌
    • My 6 year old likes playing it but did point out they do not have Luigi as a character a bit disappointing
    • We love the characters and the variety of challenges in the game.
    • The game is rather deep, with each character varying greatly from each other, yet still maintaining a balance to the degree where victory is still possible as each character.
    • It also unlocks familiar characters left and right
    • Super Smash Bros. Brawl is a must-have if you want to play as one of your favorite characters of want a nostalgic experience with the Masterpieces
    • Perfect combination (Mario characters + fighting)... great game.
    • It also doesnt hurt with some new character additions, like Sonic, Captain Falcon and several others as well.
    • To compensate, it dresses itself in hours of unlockable content (most of which is not worth the time and energy), a horrible 1-P adventure mode, and a highly uninspired fighting roster (not to mention some characters were made stronger than others, such the director's own creations!).A terrible, terrible disappointment
    • The new characters are great
    • Character Imbalance: having the 30+ characters that are available to you is really good, but some characters are so good that you can't really beat them if your opponent knows what they're
    • Aside from those three, there are no particularly cheap characters and almost everyone is at least usable.
    • The most unique characters are mister game and watch (very difficult character to beat especially on his stage),sonic, snake, and shiek
    • Its really easy to play while being hard to master any character
    • The satisfaction of knocking other Nintendo character madly off the
    • Super Smash Bros is an awesome fighting game, putting together Nintendo's best characters
    • It has a lot of great characters, plus cool music.
    • This game is so epic!Powers Sonic is so the best character
    • You are almost guaranteed to find some favorite characters.
    • Overall the game get's a 9.5 from me due to replay value and the final smash inclusion my only complaint is that some of the characters final smash moves suck or just plain lame.
    • Kids love it and even the adults found it easy to get rid of some adrenalin by smashing each others characters.
    • Then there's the problem of the Super Smash Balls, which sounds like a good idea, but is actually a totally cheap kill move, since there's no telling at what time they're going to explode, and they one-shot kill almost any character, no matter their life.
    • Game developers seem to put more funds into photo-realism than gameplay, but Nintendo decided it was time for a face-lift anyway for its memorable characters of their long history.
    • Some are boss battles, stadium events, new soundtracks, and a whole new story line with your favorite characters and great graphic battle scenes
    • I like the characters and scenes, but the controls are a bit confusing.
    • Each character has a final smash where it will use its powers to blast your opponent/s out of the ring(the more people you punch out of the ring the more chance you have of winning)This game is highly addictiveand is well worth the money...
    • Some characters are so bad that you're absolutely screwed if you use them (Ness and Olimar - and don't give me that nonsense about "if you know how to play
    • If you love the old characters you will love this.
    • The only saving grace was that you could play so many cool characters.
    • This is a great improvement over Melee where characters such as Bowser/Koopa where either too slow or too weak to ever have the same chance of winning as others.
    • Wonderful game that will endure years of play, the classic and beloved characters make sure of that!
    • There are other modes that I haven't really talked about for this review (Like Breaking Targets, Home-Run Contest, and Multi-Man Melee in which you fight a big number of easy-to-defeat polygonal characters), but this is already such a huge package that I'm sure you don't even need me to discuss
    • As a casual gamer, one could win as any character, but some are notably better than others
    • Loved Mario characters fighting violently.
    • You've got characters from series like Zelda, Mario, Metroid, Pokemon, etc (And this should already appeal to fans everywhere), and now there are even MORE additions
    • In Melee, every character had a certain weight/gravity and fell in different, "realistic" ways
    • The character balance was far too off, even more useless characters and more obviously superior characters, forcing one to play as a certain character if one wants to win
    • i have not bought it but its amazing all the characters are awesome and the game is awesome and i love nintendo cross
    • You get to pick from favorite characters from so many different games.
    • My kids love playing this game, my dtrs favorite character is Kirby.
    • The balance of each character suffered greatly, with clearly superior characters that everyone would use
    • Aside from a few minor flaws, it is a great return to taking our favorite Nintendo characters and having them beat the snot out of each other.
    • Super Smash Bros. Brawl, one of the most anticipated fighters of `08, totally blew me away with its chaos, crazy items and moves, great characters, custom level mode, its many innovative stages, and online play (finally) make this game great
    • amazing new characters and amazing new maps
    • Also featuring great, high-quality sound effects and a very vast selection of in-game music to enjoy during gameplay, several characters to pick and play as in all modes of play, and a very interesting storyline and clever, originally designed series of enemies in The Subspace Emissary
    • Great to see all the old great characters teaming up
    • SSBB has AMAZING graphics and the characters are very cool
    • Super Smash Bros Brawl brings together beloved video game characters and throws them all into the same universe for endless shenanigans to be had
    • Other than that though i think the graphics are great, there are alot of great characters and i think this is a great for all kinds of gamers
    • It always fun to learn to master a new character on Super Smash Bros., learning the right strategies, strengths, and weaknesses
    • Where in Melee you were more than likely playing for months in an attempt to unlock Game & Watch or Mewtwo, here you are spoonfed every last character in a day's worth of play
    • The game has many kids' favorite characters and max of 4 people can play together.
    • She really likes the different characters that she can select from.
    • The music and animation and character selection is awesome, so many of our favorite characters in one game :)
    • Capcom 2 syndrome; ranging over 56 characters there are about 6-10 worthwhile characters while the others suffer
    • The characters are fun and the selection is large
    • There are also great character choices
    • Wonderfully remastered characters, great music, scenery, and love the online play feature.
    • Capcom 2 syndrome; ranging over 56 characters there are about 6-10 worthwhile characters while the others suffer
    • I wojnt spoil any characters but there are some good ones
    • The one downside I find to this game is that Gannon (a playable character) has gotten slower, weaker, and has less range
    • These characters are guaranteed to give you a run for your money big time
    • Super Smash Bros. Brawl, one of the most anticipated fighters of `08, totally blew me away with its chaos, crazy items and moves, great characters, custom level mode, its many innovative stages, and online play (finally) make this game great
    • My opinion is Mario is the best character because he's the most well rounded.
    • This game never worked, as soon as i took it out of the package and put it in the Wii it said it couldn't read the disk, waste of money
    • If you own a Wii and don't have this title, I'd strongly recommend it as it's sure to become an instant classic with you as it did with me, and bring back memories of playing the original great Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 64, the classic predecessor which has been revamped for the Wii
    • The game runs ultra-smooth, with very rare exceptions.- Breadth of gameplay (multiple solo modes, online match-ups, fun to pick up and play for a few minutes as well as for the obsessive item collector)- Balances depth of gameplay with simplicity.
    • Not as good as the original but very cool
    • The graphics r good for the wii especially for the charecters snake,Samus, and the ledgend of zelda series

    • Training: test your skills against CPU bots or another player and freely use any item of your choice, this mode won`t increase or decrease your Brawl stats, so don`t worry about going up against the tough bots
