  • If you enjoy a good fighting game, you should get Super street fighter 2
  • I don't know if there's any reason to get the SNES version now that Super Street Fighter II has been included in so many newer compilation sets, but in its heyday this was arguably the best fighting game you could own on 16-bit consoles
  • Street Fighter II was one of the greatest fighting series of all time and it still is
  • Street Fighter 2 is without a doubt one the best fighting games to ever see the light of day, and Super Street Fighter 2 is no exception

Reviews around condition (5.00 of 5)

  • There is very little to no wear/fading on the game label, surprisingly, since it was in Good condition

Reviews around snes (5.00 of 5)

  • Great snes fighting game and in very good condition.
  • But defiantly a collectible like other top snes fighting games
  • While the arcade version exposed fans to SSF2, most found themselves purchasing the SNES and Genisis versions to enjoy at home

Reviews around character (5.00 of 5)

  • (And my fave SF character.)
  • Literally, EVERY character in the game was worth experimenting with
  • He is my fave male character next to Ken

Reviews around mode (5.00 of 5)

  • The extra modes are great to get other people around as the controller gets passed around so everyone gets his/her turn to play
  • The only things missing are the faster turbo mode of the previous installment and Akuma, who wasn't included until the next iteration of the game
  • I love the tournament mode.

Reviews around nintendo (5.00 of 5)

  • The Street Fighter series was never better than when it was on Super Nintendo.
  • After the successful release of Street Fighter II Turbo for the Super Nintendo, Capcom has released Super Street Fighter II for the Arcade, Super Nintendo, and Sega Genesis

Reviews around fighter (3.75 of 5)

  • The last of the SFII series was Super Street Fighter II Turbo which released for US arcades, but never for home consoles for some reason
  • If you enjoy a good fighting game, you should get Super street fighter 2
  • Most people know the drill already about Super Street Fighter II: you pick one of out 16 fighters, battle 12 others fighters including the bosses to win the game and score as many points as possible
  • Today there would be no Mortal Kombat, no Killer Instinkt, no Tekken, no Virtua Fighter, no Soul Calibur/Soul Blade, no Marvel Vs Capcom, no Street Fighter ALPHA, no Super Smash Brothers, no actual Fighting Games -period- without Street Fighter 2
  • After the successful release of Street Fighter II Turbo for the Super Nintendo, Capcom has released Super Street Fighter II for the Arcade, Super Nintendo, and Sega Genesis

Reviews around graphic (3.75 of 5)

  • There was far too many versions coming out, and I didnt like the animie graphics
  • Awesome game, lots of fun, and great graphics and sound for a SNES game.
  • The graphics of the SNES version of Super Street Fighter II looks great and little better than the Genesis version
  • The graphics are good enough, the music sounds decent and the controls are spot on

Reviews around sound (3.75 of 5)

  • Awesome game, lots of fun, and great graphics and sound for a SNES game.
  • The graphics are good enough, the music sounds decent and the controls are spot on
  • It is great that the characters sound different from each other this time around, but some character voices are pretty lame, especially the K.O. sounds made by M.Bison (Vega in Japan) and Guile
  • With new an improved sound and graphics and a few new moves

Reviews around version (3.22 of 5)

  • There was far too many versions coming out, and I didnt like the animie graphics
  • My favorite street fighter game out of all the street fighter games you get 4 new challengers as well as 4 new stages new announcer and voice actors mainly for guile this version of this game is almost as close to the arcade version as you can get if you can find this game try to get it.
  • While Street Fighter and fighting games in general fans debated on who had the best version, there was no doubt that it was a good port that came very close to mimicking the arcade game
  • The only bad thing is there are no power bar finish moves but otherwise a very good version of a undying classic.
  • But it's still as good as this version because it pretty much IS still this version
