This one easily punches staples straight through thicker stacks, then bends them correctly to secure the pages together.
Often the back of the staple will come through the top page, sometimes all the way.
Even with the Swingline 40 staples which are supposed to staple as many as 40 pages, the best we could do was 26 pages, and the points do not bend over to make a smooth underside

It is quality made and works like a dream enabling us to staple many more pages together using a standard staple size
Great quality stapler -- that really DOES staple multiple pages pretty effortlessly
and I believe that it will staple through as many sheets as the staple can get through, but the real issue with this stapler is its poor quality, poorly made
When it comes to office supplies, I appreciate quality.
Other times, the staple won't lay flat or fails to staple at all
It works flawlessly every single time I use it, and it really will go through a large stack of paper with no effort at all
Also the button to release the staple (refill) holder falls off every time we have had to refill the stapler.
Most times it's worth paying a little more for better design.
The stapler hangs up often after every use, I use mine maybe a dozen times a day, and the first I had I tossed after 6 months because it kept hanging up
