This item is pretty but it is not as durable as needed for the office work i do.
I'm happy to mail it back to them, but when I tried to do a return via Amazon, it said "this item isn't available for return", which is ridiculous because it comes w/a Limited One-Year Warranty

Was disappointed as the edge is too thick/blunt and tends to push into the side of the staple rather than slide under it for easy removal

ALSO, the Bostitch Professional Magnetic Easy Staple Remover w/Built-In Magnet is a superior product.

This product is cheap, bends easily, and overall terrible quality.
I love the design because at one time you could remove staples easily and effortlessly however, whoever decided to cheapen this product has ruined it completely.

After you remove the staple, there is a wonderful slidy thing that pushes the staple(s) out into the trash can
Originally I owned the Stanley Bostitch Professional Magnetic Staple Remover and I absolutely loved that thing, it's especially great for someone who removes a lot of staples in a day
