In general, this is a good quadcopter for someone who has never flown one before

This is a cheap, fun quadcopter, but one of the motors quit working within a few days of normal use, so I had to send it back

There are fewer videos featuring the X5C these days, but make no mistake, this is a very good and well regarded quadcopter and is perfect for flight training and all around fun

Pros:-Great price-Great value for a beginner quadcopter-Easy to use/learn-Decent video and pics-comes with SD Card and reader-fun trick flip buttonCons:- light, so difficult to use in even mild wind- video isn't really HD imo..it is if the copter can remain completely still, but moving around it gets grainy- battery life is short...maybe 6 minutes...buy extra batteries!- for the money I don't expect auto-hover or other advanced features...but doesn't come with them if you need them
