Most rentals are Bluetooth compatible, but I don't like the security risk of paring to an unknown device that I'm not always familiar with and won't be using all that long

The out of sync issue was only tested with the analog audio input, since I cannot use the digital input for my purposes, so it is very possible my unique setup, which involves going from digital output on the Chromecast, having my TV convert that to analog, and then the TaoTronics device convert that analog signal back to digital, could very well be the reason why
There are still a few times where we get a bit of static or experience audio sync issues where the audio lags the video on-screen (really noticeable when someone is talking).
I have witness NONE of the skipping or dropping or out of sync issues that I read about in other reviews.
