flawlessly).I believe my product is flawed and definitely need a replacement.
Most important the product came safe and its working in full effect
Defective productThis product arrived with a broken screen and we are still waiting after 2 months to get our money back - poor quality- poor customer service - will never buy again !!!
i already returned this product but the entire tv was smashed, which is pretty self explanatory
And in this case, that's a typically shoddy TCL product
Speed is good too, I have seen slower TV’s so it makes me happy it works fast
Amazon seems to have the very best price on these terrific tv’s, and Prime shipped it here 2 days ahead of schedule!
Not only was customer service NOT helpful, in similar fashion to other reviews and their better business bureaus report fillings they are awful at communication, outright lie to you and when you do not trust their warranty process as a result you get a bunch of

Plain annoying and to me feels like bad customer service
It’s slow, the remote delays and the tv disconnects from the internet all the time
till now —connectivity problems, same pixelation, and off & on back light blinking...will be calling their “tech support” again this time for replacement ....
After one year of using it started to freeze all the time.
but if it hadn’t been a gift to my husband that he didn’t put up with enough time to see these flaws, I would have returned it
Takes a little time to learn all of the features, but worth it.
One more thing, when connecting my MacBook Pro via HDMI it does look a little grainy
This is my third TCL Roku TV, so I was expecting wonderful things, this would be the biggest one I have gotten for a bedroom.
The constant lagging when trying to use the remote, the tv randomly will freeze and restart itself, and the most annoying thing so far is that I have to reconnect to the internet every time I turn my tv on
The Roku channel (the basic version to which there is no subscription fee) has a lot of things worth watching especially if you like tv series from the 1980s
The only thing I don't like is that you can't bluetooth my soundbar to it.
With the last four purchased TCL/Roku has decided to make it extremely difficult to set the the TV up without providing a cc/debit card number during the set up.
Next they asked for my credit card number, ostensibly for purchasing “channel packages” that wouldn’t be presented until after they had my CC info
Worked exactly as I wanted it to!
For anyone worried about putting a credit card number in when setting it up
Struggles to keep my wifi signal despite no issues with other streaming devices, experiences lag with gaming despite new cables and adjusted settings, and the remote (especially volume control) is awful since it takes forever to register the signal and then won't stop, resulting in the volume jumping wildly between mute and full volume
The picture quality is good for the price baby the remote lags like crazy and the tv itself randomly goes back to the start up screen while I'm trying to play a show
It takes forever to look for something to watch because the lag is just awful and the tv freezes so often
The sounds started malfunctioning after only a month, there’s a massive lag on the remote many times, and many of the ‘smart’ features don’t work (screen mirroring from your phone for example)
I bought this tv because I wanted to use it as a second monitor to work from home as well as to watch tv
