A PAPER WORLD BROUGHT TO LIFE. OBJECTS TEAR, FOLD OR CRUMPLE, AND CAN BE MANIPULATED BY YOUR VIRTUAL FINGERS, JUST LIKE PAP ER IN THE REAL WORLD. FROM UNLOCKING THE UNIQUE MESSAGE INSIDE YOUR COMPANION'S HEAD, TO DECORATIN...
This is a surprisingly good platformer and very original.
The game is a simple enough platformer for anyone to pick up, yet the story is humorous enough and has enough child like wonder to make that part inside of you smile again like when you'd watch your favorite cartoon on a Saturday morning or getting your very first video game
It's a cute fun platformer, but I haven't found it to be a game that I couldn't put down.
Truly an awesome action platformer, with a touch of character and world customization.
This feels like a proper follow up to the great platformer/adventure games that we got on the N64 and PS2
The game uses the gyroscope, microphone, cameras, and both front and rear touch screens throughout the game and really shows you what the vita is capable of
Don't miss out on the best vita game to ever be released!!!
I thought I was going to get a lot more game time considering how this is one of the pricier vita games.
It is beautiful, fun, and uses the vita like no other game on the market
Not the best vita game by a long shot, but very original, worth playing.
This game's creative gameplay is simply the best game for the Vita so far
Great gameplay that will keep you entertained for hours.
The gameplay is entertaining, if not challenging for most adults
It's not always accurate, due to lack of sensitivity (judging from my own speculations), and that can result in some really irritating gameplay in areas where it really shouldn't be frustrating at all
There are lots of creative creatures to interact with, a wonderful world to explore and great gameplay to enjoy
Excellent art, music and concept completely and utterly wasted on overly sensitive, broken touch controls and borderline gimmicky abuse of the camera and microphone, arguably the worst points on the hardware itself
This time is not different, this game is so fun, has great art design and music
I just finished this game and it's simply unique, wonderful and full of creative art
Beautiful art, amazing soundtrack, cute characters, and quite possibly one of the best plots I've come across
Very creative art direction, great game play, finally felt like gaming time well spent.
Tearaway controls like a everyday 3D platformer, though due to the PS Vita having some unique functions that other consoles don't have it takes a very unique twist with how you play
The papercraft-comes-to-life style fascinates as it pulls you along from one unfolding streamer to the next
Instead, I would say Tearaway's spirit lies in games like Journey, The Unfinished Swan, and others in the same vein; the experience of the game and the player interaction is what truly makes it special
Tearaway uses every sensor on the Vita, features fun and compelling (and often challenging) gameplay (you will die a lot!), but the key is that they used the *perfect* balance of all of these elements.
Breaking the fourth wall from beginning to end, "Tearaway" offers something truly special.
If you own a Vita, and you don't own this game, what's the damn point of owing a vita
creative!I really enjoyed it!
Excellent art, music and concept completely and utterly wasted on overly sensitive, broken touch controls and borderline gimmicky abuse of the camera and microphone, arguably the worst points on the hardware itself
