I bought this to replace another pedal that sadly, just didn't work as expected - I bought the other pedal because it is a compact MIDI switcher made in USA just like the MIDI Mouse but unlike ANY other pedal I've EVER used before, the competitor's pedal did not change patches until you let off the switch with your foot
