Sticks good to dash board but my iPhone 7plus is a little to heavy when driving in rough roads but holds decent on normal smooth roads.

If you don't charge your phone wirelessly, and you don't usually hit bumpy roads, you're probably not gonna have any issues, but those 2 are significant issues to me.

This product works very well and we'll built holds phone very well with no loss of holding power even holds when driving over rough roads.

If fact, I like these so much, that I ordered two more, to replace the stupid window suction-cup mounts that came with our Garmin GPSs and that ALWAYS fall off in the hot sun or on bumpy roads

I solved that problem by using an epoxy to glue the metal plate to the outside of my phone case; now there's enough contact between the magnet and plate to hold the phone, even on rough off road excursions

The only thing is that if the roads are bumpy your phone will shake a little bit but nothing too terrible.

I sticked the magnet on the outside of the cover, and it sticks PERFECTLY and doesn't move slight a bit, even on very bumpy roads

My only complaint is that as I go down the highway and through bumpy roads the phone slowly starts to shift downward from the position I put it in

There is a little jiggle on bumpy roads but that is to be expected.

Still for the price (I paid less than $10), as heavy as an iPhone 6 Plus is, using it 12+ hours a day over some bumpy rough American roads I think it is a great mount.

It doesn't matter no matter how bad the roads are the phone stays put.

But there is one issue that i had with this holder, the rubber casing of the holder, the one over the magnets, keeps getting loose and keeps rotating on rough roads, but I solved this issue by using super glue, and its been about 3 months now, and everything is fine

I wish the magnet would be a little stronger especially with bumpy roads the phone begins to slightly slide off

However, the head of the mount (the part that attaches to the phone) moves very easily, which is good when you want to move your phone, but it's bad when you are on a bumpy road, since the phone will move by itself

They are strong enough to hold my iPhone 6S with a Magpul case for brief periods of time, but the normal road vibrations and bumps lead to my phone eventually sliding down off the mount.

It seems to hold up on rough roads and is very versatile

Where I live the roads can be very uneven but this holder has not come loose from the dash nor has my phone dropped off the magnetic holder.

My phone is double weight with the charger case, but this magnet can still hold it safe even on the bumpiest roads

My only complaint is the phone sometimes rotates about 20 degrees when driving on rough or curvaceous roads and requires readjustment.

The phone never falls off even on bumpy roads.

Combination of a heavy phone, bumpy roads, and not strong enough magnet means this fails for me.

It has handled the horrible NYC and Long Island roads fine...those roads are like riding through some sort of mountain unpaved roads w/ all the bumps and potholes;)

Its so weak now, when I put my phone it slowly rotates in bumpy roads.

Not tried yet how it will perform when driving and on rough roads and if it will last long especially the gel suction.

The base mount suction has some adhesive on it that makes it stick very well on the windshield, while the magnetic piece is strong enough to hold the phone even on bumpy roads.

It's never fallen off and just as strong as when I got it (a few months ago)

I attached the metal plate to the inside of my phone protector and it holds just as well as it would attached directly to the phone.

It works as it should, however if you have a phone that charges wirelessly don't get this.

The base of the dashboard mount is a solid A+!
