One of the cords I received is working very well - clear connection, no static, and the size is as advertised

Got these for work because I was tired of tangled phone cords

We can get to the moon, but we can't seem to make a phone cord that doesn't tangle.

Needed to find an affordable phone cord after mine got tangled to the point I couldn't use it, and this handset cord fit the bill!

It got to the point that lifting the receiver would often lift the entire phone as well, the tangle so complete that it could not release, no matter what swears were thrown at it

Good for about a couple months and the static noise will start and you can hear it on both ends

Both detanglers I purchased introduced static noise into the handset

It works great to keeo you phone line untangled but it creates static noise and gets worst

Horrible - Static noise, couldn't hear customers and we had to take them off

This worked great for the first 3 months, then it began to make static noise on the line until i could no longer understand the caller.
