This adapter works on European/foreign currents perfectly.
This Power adapter worked with 220V power for about 3 minutes before it failed.
Works as it should for the old Wii not sure if it will work on the newer models.
This adapter take away the fear of losing the system due to voltage variation and changes and it makes travel with the Wii all the more pleasureable as I don't need to purchase a transformer.
