I’m missing 15 envelopes and 5 cards making the cost per card high

I began using them for my business and 2/3 of the way through the first box realized I was missing 12 envelopes, I since opened the other 2 boxes hoping that they were in there and discovered one box had 43 cards with 45 envelopes and the other was 48 cards with 48 cards.
