The radio portion works well, the sound is good and what you’d expect from a hand size portable radio

The NOAA weather band, the AM and the FM all have good reception and good sound

I was able to receive a bunch of local radio stations without extending the antenna, the weather station was loud and present the second I turned the unit to "on", and the sound wasn't bad given the size of the speaker!The buttons are easy to figure out and large enough to be seen by most anyone

The speaker puts out good, clear sound (it's not a Bose, but it's very good, better than my Sony radio cube).
