It is a very well thought out book, with lots of interesting facts and suggestions that help you stay on track and you can get REAL responses from those who put the book together, plus join the Facebook group for helpful ideas and the support of those going through the process with you,

This journal feels great in my hands and knows exactly when I need a pep talk or inspiration or a little kick in the butt to keep up the good work
What I didn't expect, and what has really been an unexpectedly powerful addition to my life, is becoming part of the online support group of people who are working through the journal at the same time, or who have completed it and remain with the group to give their love to those of us on the journey
They do great work through their kind and caring hearts.
I’m still working on a consistent wake up time, but I’m enjoying the morning routine I’ve begun, & I love the format and the daily tips & tidbits.

The journal is simplistic, it usually takes me about 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night but I love the helpful tips and recommendations they have

It's a waste of money if you have real obligations you have to take care of and not tons of free time
My main motivation for developing a "morning routine" was to be able to carve out some quiet "me time" before heading to work so that I wasn't feeling like I was just a zombie that woke up and went straight to the grind every day
I just got this in the mail recently and am enjoying my time in the morning planning my own personal journey
While I still don't like getting out of my warm bed, my morning time and routine has become my favorite time of day
I have gone from being rushed in the mornings with little free time to developing habits that help me accomplish so much more and holding myself accountable to stick with the routine
