After installing this product and trying to play in the Island Paradise town I discovered that my game was running very slow and crashing

but if you don't want to put up with lag while trying to play in that beautiful world than Island Paradise isn't for you.

and there is no way to get rid of it outside of uninstalling the Island Paradise game

Do not waste your money if you intend to play Island Paradise on a MAC.

I feel like I got all my money's worth on this one, and I still have so much more to explore in this game.

In addition, the 22k boat I bought vanished and wasted the money and other boats would be unusable.

I don't play this game anymore because I hate all the glitches in it.

it's a large pack,most comps can only handle about 4 packs total,this one is like two.lots of glitches,anytime I have to travel on water,my sims travels in circles getting nowhere,rooting errors,I have to cancel travel and teleport with a cheat code,to stop the vicious circle.repeated glitches and crashing,so I don't even bother and uninstall,it's a shame I wanted to like it.

I couldn't bring myself to give the game more than three stars because the glitches makes it more frustrating than fun.

I've read that some work and others do not so the game still has annoying glitches which makes it hard to enjoy.

I've also heard that the lagging is so much worse with the pets EP because of the added sims and wild animal spawning getting many sim pets stuck.

After a series of lackluster EPs and SPs I think this one is pretty good

I'd be very cautious about getting this expansion if your Mac is already throwing Error 12s or crashing-to-desktop and you don't want to uninstall oodles of stuff; as you might be able to tell from my description, this EP is very memory-intensive and will definitely wreak havoc on a delicate ecosystem

This EP is truly a dream come true and you will fall in love with The Sims3, all over again and become even more addicted than ever

Overall this is a fantastic EP and having tried many of them would definitely be one of the first I'd recommend, especially if you love tropical environments and the entrepreneurial aspects of the game.
