The package came properly boxed and looked as expected but I connected the sound system via Bluetooth and while playing music from my phone it sounded great at the beginning of a song when it’s just the vocals until the bass comes it, the subwoofer sounds like crap maybe the speaker is busted or something

Also the system will not work with your TV with the audio (red/white) cables alone you can use your optical cable connector for it, but you need to buy a Optical Coaxial RCA signal to Analog Converter
