Another thing that should be said is that they really bring out the inherent tone of the violin, which in my case isn't so great because I just have a cheap, beginner violin that sounds mediocre; but if you have a really nice violin, that you love the sound of then I would highly recommend these
Their lack of resonance and clear sound is disappointing - I have paid less for better sounding strings
