the Shipping box was in perfect condition but the box the controllers were in arrived torn but the packing styrofoam was still in good condition with no damage

The Thrustmaster T16000 M Fcs may be a fantastic product
Thrustmaster is selling this product saying that it is compatible, but does not have a way to find out what products there might be issues with.
Contacted thrustmaster for help, and through chatting they said that their product was fine and it must be the program.
I have also used the logitech 3D joystick and some cheaper Saitek products
The rails for throttle and rudder pedals are not as smooth as I hoped a product sold at 200 USD would be, and the shipping weight was not very clear on Amazon, but the product is excellent for an entry into flight simulation
I have really enjoyed the joystick for some time and this package was a great deal that I'm happy I saw
Throttle and pedals sturdy and well built, however the joystick felt less quality, the grip base was wiggly and the throttle slider a bit empty, can tighten it up but still the joystick was a bit disappointing.
