The only downside is that the wheel could be a better more solid feel
Nice weight to everything, the steering wheel spins perfectly smooth and has a nice feel before even powering it up
And boom you're good to enjoy some nice steering wheel action with a nice feel of the force feedback, it actually feels resistant to just trying to power slide or speed down a road
Initially worked great and very responsive feel from the force feedback function
Overall, the wheel is the very well built and has a great feel to it when playing games, including Dirt Rally which is known for having heavy FFB
However, the TMX/T150 with the lower price + good Thrustmaster accessories make it worth it if all you care is great force feedback.*Other
Thrustmaster also makes some fairly high end wheels, and I do believe much of that technology has been used in this less expensive but still very nice TMX wheel
However, if you can only get the G29/920 for $350-$400 or more, I'd definitely recommend the TMX/T150.
I got the TMX Pro version (no longer available) from another retailer instead because of the upgraded T3PA pedal
Very minor differences felt during gameplay give the G920 a bit of an edge, but for racers on a budget, I have no hesitation recommending the Thrustmaster TMX.
buttons are easily accessible, and the setup is easy; however, the button layout and the button numbers simply do not make sense (no particular order from button 1-10)

Too bad because the build quality seems great, the force feedback is solid and switching ratios and sensitivity is a snap, but it doesn't do any good if it remains unplayable
I have to subtract a star for the "cheap plastic feel" with the pedal set.
The force feedback is better than I was hoping and the pedals while plastic aren't that bad and the brake is not close to being as bad as some say, it quite easy to push down and is very responsive imo.
Made with cheap plastic and breaks very easily,save your money and don’t buy this
I bought the T3P-A pro pedals, which are awesome btw, to replace the very cheap plastic pedals that failed due to the problem described below
The accelerator doesn't go down all the way, so you're slower than someone on controller who can accelerate all the way, wheel is uncomfortable plastic and the brake pedal is stiff to push
