The app is slick, the devices are durable, battery seems to last - but they fail to do their job, locating an item and alerting you to its presence - unless you are at a play or something, then likely you’ll accidentally hit the button on the device which will cause your phone - which you already know the location of - to wail continuously

I put my tile on my key ring, and for several months had a wonderful experience using my key "tile" to find my phone, or using my smartphone to find my keys.

I have purchased one for everyone in my family their experience has been the same as mine excellent!!

This product is junk.

Seems like a good product, and very useful for someone absent minded like me :)

I would not recommend this product to anyone and will not but it again until they have a more reliable refresh rate that actually allows the user to locate the tiles consistently.

I felt so bad I encouraged my coworkers to purchase this awesome product, only to be an epic fail and waste of money

Convenient tool to quickly find things, but very impractical and a waste of money when it only lasts for less than half a year

As soon as she left, I marked the Tile for her car as lost.

my tile has issues with connecting therefor its pointless unless it doesn't have those issues

so I purchased the 4-pack as well as some individual Tile Mates.

The only feature that works is jingling the Tile if and when it connects.

When ever I lose my keys or phone with just one push of a button they are found, even if your phone is on silent

I find myself running late to work once in a while because I can’t fond my keys or my wallets in the pocket of some old jacket

The company has no phone number listed online for customer service; they promised to respond to an online request for help but never did.
