  • However, if you like the idea of being able to integrate heart rate monitoring into your exercise program, this may be just the product you need.
  • Timex has produced a good product that does exactly what it is advertised to do, but it takes a big package to do it all.
  • The new chest strap is comfortable and easy to keep clean (I hand wash, plain soap and H2O after each use, just remember to take the receiver off after rinsing and dry it off to prolong battery life). All in all, an excellent product.
  • But, otherwise, this is an excellent product and an aid to anyone's workouts
  • I would recommend this product to any male customers, especially those who have previous experience with Timex products of this type and like them.

Reviews around look (5.00 of 5)

  • It's a nice looking watch, and the Heart rate feature works well.
  • This Timex is a nice looking sports watch which also includes a heart rate monitor as well as a number of other features such as alarm, stop watch, interval timer, etc
  • The watch is very substantial and good looking, at least if you like big watches.
  • Overall, this is a great watch for someone who wants a HRM, a nice looking watch, but isn't super serious about workouts.
  • All in all my take on this is that if you would like a very nice beefy-looking and sturdy waterproof watch with great dial size, this is perfect

Reviews around price (5.00 of 5)

  • I've tried a lot of heart rate monitors over the years, and I think if the Timex has the features you want and the price is right, it's a very solid contender.
  • If you are looking for a decent trainers watch with a decent feel and price you could do a lot worse then getting this watch.
  • For me, this is the watch to have and the price is very good for what you get.

Reviews around timex (4.45 of 5)

  • I do find the Timex to be a little short of user friendly in some of the functions...which is the reason for the 4 out of 5 stars.
  • I have a older Timex with a better strap and won't die minus all the bells and whistles.
  • Timex once again has outdone itself with practicality, affordability, and functionality
  • My last Timex lasted over 10 years and still works despite the start/split button falling out a couple years ago
  • Overall, the timex is rugged, accurate and worth every penny!

Reviews around hrm (3.99 of 5)

  • Loved that technology, but the HRM was a huge PITA and I never trusted it.
  • Great watch, the HRM works great, even in a hard workout!
  • My previous HRM would show around 900 calories burned but this Timex HRM shows in the 1260 range which seems rather high
  • As with every other Timex watch I've ever bought it works like a charm - the HRM was easy to set up - instructions were clear.
  • The new HRM works perfectly well with my old T5J031 watch, so I'm assuming these are interchangeable with most, if not all, of the Timex HRM watches
