My first impression was that the design was very simple and that it was more expensive than it should be based on the components that go into it (I assume that this product only has a few dollars worth of materials that go into it).

However, 1/3 refrigerated liquid and 2/3 just off the boil water produces a tepid product that is great if you want to drink it now but is too cool to spend half a day in a thermos.
