Took the end that goes to ps v apart to find one of the 4 wires that were soldered came off.... to the company I recommend a little more slack in the wire to prevent this from being an issue again and stronger soldering..... will not buy again buying an adapter that will allow micro sub charging to save on the frustration of this becoming more obscure.
