I use this microphone for my PC in my office and it works well for just speaking to friends, broadcasting, even works well for a studio type recording

so it wasn't a complete waste, I would recommend spending the extra $20 dollars tho to but a better microphone because this one is not good in any capacity.

The microphone itself is fine, but the major issue I have with the kit is that the clamp is so weak it is unable to safely hold the weight of the boom arm and mic together

There are no pictures of it but this microphone set up does come with a Mic/Headphone USB spliter, but I would highly recomend getting a spare spliter because the one that comes with microphone seems to be very low quality

Microphone developed a horrible static hiss after a few months

My voice is a bit distinctive and this very affordable microphone brings out the timbre and tone leading to the headline of this review which is an actual quote from a comment on one of my videos

Not sure what why but when you play back the recording the microphone comes back as more static than voice and basically made the videos unusable

The brass piece does not have any threads on the inside, which makes impossible to screw it onto the stand to support the microphone

Great quality condenser microphone... can use on cellphone or tablet without phantom power, and on pc too but for better sound on PC, I'll recommend 48v phantom power...
